We are changing credit card processors, and in doing so, the online access to your credit card will look a little different. Here’s what you need to know:
Will my credit card change?
No, at this time your card will stay the same. Later this year, we will be switching to MasterCard® to give members access to greater features, benefits and rewards. At that time, you will receive a new Mastercard® Platinum Rewards card or Mastercard® World card.
How will I access my credit card account?
The same way you always have- via online banking at www.eccu.net. As of 05/18/2019, the new phone number to contact customer service will be (866) 576-1320.
What will happen to my reward points?
Any existing reward points will transfer at the same value they have currently.
How will I review and redeem my reward points?
You’ll need to re-enroll at www.curewards.com. Then, beginning May 18th, you will be able to review and redeem your reward points on this website. Please note, points earned/accumulated prior to 05/18/2019 may not appear until 06/30/209 due to the conversion.
Will there be any changes to making my payments?
As always, you can make payments online or in one of our branch locations. Starting May 18th, payments made via check should be mailed to:

Is there anything else I need to know?
Family First Accounts will no longer be supported as of 05/18/2019. If you have this account structure, your current dependents will be switched to ‘authorized users’.
